Wray Home Lawn (Canopy of Live Oaks surrounding historic 1933 period home)

Barbecue Pavilion (2,500 sq. ft. covered picnic area with optional kitchen/brick BBQ)

Victorian Gazebo (Perfect for a romantic wedding ceremony)

Gallery (Maximum 75 people with banquet table setting, buffet area and dance floor)

Miscellaneous Garden Area (Open areas for use during ceremony)

Wedding Ceremony 21- 50 Guests	$900.00
Wedding Ceremony 51-100 Guests	$1400.00
Additional Guests (over 100)	$6.00 each (no chairs provided)
Non-operating Hours Surcharge	$75.00 per hour after 5:00 pm or before 9:30 am
Ceremony and Reception	Add $500 to rates above (chairs are provided for ceremonies only)

Maximum Number of Guests Permitted	Ceremony only - 100 guests
	Ceremony and Outdoor Reception - 100 guests
	Ceremony and Indoor Reception - 75 guests

One hour ceremony for up to 20 guests	$250.00 (no chairs provided, no decorations and no rehearsal time)

Deposit Required	50% of contract due at signing Balance due in full 2 weeks before event
	$50.00 Kitchen Facility (in addition to base fee)
	$50.00 refundable clean-up/security per location

Cancellation Policy - 50% penalty fee if booking is canceled outside of 61 days prior to event.
No refund if booking is canceled within 60 days of event!

*Wedding Photography Only. $125.00 includes admission for one photographer and wedding party
of up to 6 (six) people. Additional guests are $17.00 per person.
