Pets are not permitted. Because Flamingo Gardens is a wildlife sanctuary with injured birds and animals, only service animals individually trained to provide specific work or tasks for the legally disabled protected by the ADA are allowed entrance. Any other animals that provide only comfort or emotional support for their owners are not permitted, including, but not limited to, companion animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs.

Yes. Capacity is limited due to parking restraints, so we encourage purchasing your tickets in advance for the nights on which you would like to attend.

Parking for this event is FREE and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking attendants will be on site to direct traffic. We encourage carpooling for the environment! Handicapped parking is limited; if you have the ability to drop off guests with mobility challenges near the entrance before parking, we highly recommend you do so.

Yes! The Flamingo Pond Café and the food truck will have quick-service snacks and drinks, holiday treats, and your favorite foods from the grill available for purchase. Hoffman’s Chocolates “Sweet Ride” ice cream truck will be scooping your favorite flavors, and the s’mores station will have s’mores kits available for purchase to roast on-site. Before you leave, visit the Hoffman’s Chocolates Pop-up Shop in the Gift Shop for all your holiday needs.
