What can I expect?

This is a walk-through holiday light experience. Flamingo Gardens is a 98-year-old attraction with some rustic paths, and the event is hosted on approximately 10 acres. Please stay on the lit pathways to enjoy the full experience. Guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs for the musical performances on the Wray Lawn. Concessions and holiday treats will be available for purchase; no outside food or drink is allowed.

How long does it take?

This is a walk-through holiday light event, but there is so much more! Plan for 90 minutes to 2 hours to experience all that there is to see and do, from Santa’s Village to Storytime with Mrs. Claus, Holiday concerts each night on the Wray Lawn, s’mores roasting, and more! Last entry is at 8:30 pm.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not permitted. Because Flamingo Gardens is a wildlife sanctuary with injured birds and animals, only service animals individually trained to provide specific work or tasks for the legally disabled protected by the ADA are allowed entrance. Any other animals that provide only comfort or emotional support for their owners are not permitted, including, but not limited to, companion animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs.

Are these timed tickets?

Yes. Please select the time you would like to arrive when purchasing your tickets online. This allows us to manage parking and wait times in the Gift Shop.

Should I purchase tickets online or in person?

Save time and purchase tickets online to minimize your wait!

Are there a limited number of tickets available?

Yes. Capacity is limited due to parking restraints, so we encourage purchasing your tickets in advance for the nights on which you would like to attend.

Where do I park?

Parking for this event is FREE and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking attendants will be on site to direct traffic. We encourage carpooling for the environment! Handicapped parking is limited; if you have the ability to drop off guests with mobility challenges near the entrance before parking, we highly recommend you do so.

Will there be food available?

Yes! The Flamingo Pond Café and the food truck will have quick-service snacks and drinks, holiday treats, and your favorite foods from the grill available for purchase. Hoffman’s Chocolates “Sweet Ride” ice cream truck will be scooping your favorite flavors, and the s’mores station will have s’mores kits available for purchase to roast on-site. Before you leave, visit the Hoffman’s Chocolates Pop-up Shop in the Gift Shop for all your holiday needs.

Something came up, and I can’t use my tickets.

Contact the Gift Shop (954-473-2955) with your order number. They can reschedule your reservation or issue a refund.

Will the animal exhibits be available?

No. Hoffman’s Chocolates Winter Wonderland at Flamingo Gardens is a nighttime event, and the animal exhibits are closed to the public. Please stay on the lit pathways to enjoy the full experience.

What about the tram?

Flamingo Gardens trams do not run after hours. Consider a Flamingo Gardens membership to enjoy year-round daytime access to all that Flamingo Gardens has to offer!

Is this event included in my Flamingo Gardens membership?

Flamingo Gardens Members receive 50% discounted admission to the event, as well as three nights on which they can receive free admission (11/26, 12/7, and 12/12).

What can I bring?

Wagons, strollers, folding lawn chairs, wheelchairs, and motorized scooters are all welcome. Bicycles, skateboards, drones, and outside food/drink are not permitted. No weapons of any kind are permitted on Flamingo Gardens property.

Can I take photographs?

Yes! We welcome guests to take photos at the event and with Santa, and tag us on social media. Tripods are allowed so long as they do not interfere with paths or walkways. However, commercial photography is not permitted without a reservation. Use of lamps, reflector shades, one or more assistants, or a change of outfits is considered commercial and requires a separate reservation. Contact Rentals for more information.
