Interested in orchids but don’t know where to start? Maybe you’re a seasoned orchid grower that wants to connect with like-minded people and participate in continued education?
The Flamingo Gardens Orchid Society was organized in 1989 to unite those interested in the education of its members with respect to the culture, growing, hybridization, preservation, and perpetuation of native and hybrid orchids and to provide an environment for the exchange of this information.
FGOS meets on the second Monday of every month here at Flamingo Gardens in the Mary N. Porter Learning Center. Doors open at 7pm. Enthusiasts of all levels are welcome! Monthly speaker presentations, plant raffles, access to online orchid resources, and more are included in your membership.
