Connect with the earth beneath your feet and the fresh air filling your lungs as you prepare your body, mind and soul for the week ahead. Join us on Sunday mornings for a gentle yoga practice and allow yourself to be truly present in the natural beauty of Flamingo Gardens. This slow flow vinyasa class encourages deeper awareness of the body and focuses on alignment with an emphasis on mindful movement. Options given to make the practice accessible to all levels.

Price: 5 classes $50 for members, $60 for non-members – Single Class $15

About the Instructor:


Sarah Freemyer is a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Therapist, and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. She has been practicing yoga since 2005 when it was recommended to her as a way to alleviate discomfort from scoliosis (curvature of the spine). She fell in love with not only the physical practice, but also the philosophy and spiritual aspects. “My goal is to help people bring health, happiness and peace into their lives through yoga and meditation.”
