Join the flock; Come dressed in your Flamingo Best to celebrate James’ 8th Birthday. James is an American Caribbean Flamingo, hatched and raised at Flamingo Gardens, Botanical Gardens and Everglades Wildlife Sanctuary in Davie. James would like you to party with him on Saturday, August 1st.

• Birthday festivities at the Flamingo Pond promptly at noon

James’ Birthday Celebration, Exhibits in the Gardens and Gallery, specialty weekend programing, Animal Specialist Talks, Wildlife Encounter presentations, Wray Home Museum, Butterfly Conservatory, and Narrated Tram Tour are included in admission price. Tickets may be purchased online or on-site in the Welcome Center/Gift Shop.

• $24 for ages 12+
• $17 for ages 3-11
• Flamingo Gardens members, 2026 South Florida Adventure Pass holders, and children 2 or younger are free.
