Our Volunteer of the Month for July is Ruth Nunez. Ruth has been volunteering with us since the start of the summer and has been phenomenal. She is extremely attentive and warm. She has been a major help in the gallery with our exhibit but has also spent time as an aviary guide. Additionally she’s helped at the tram, cafe, and gift shop on numerous occasions. She’s already completed over 40 hours in such a short time and continues to exemplify what it means to be a volunteer at Flamingo Gardens. We are thankful to have her with us.
